Block Teaching Programme for S.Y.D.T.ED students is being held at 6 different BMC schools in and around our college.

All our students are doing their best to make it a success!

THE BOMBAY TEACHERS TRAINING COLLEGE DANCE COMPETITION!

We are very happy to announce that our first year students( English Meduim) have secured the SECOND PRIZE in the INTERCOLLEGIATE DANCE COMPETITION held at BOMBAY TEACHERS TRAINING COLLEGE, COLABA

TO HELP OTHERS AND MOTIVATE THEM TO DO THEIR BEST, this was the theme that actually won the prize.

The judges praised our student Deepali Dundle for putting up a wonderful flawless performance.

The supporting dancers were, Farheen , Mansi, vijeyta, priya, Ruhina.

THE SEPT-2010 RESULTS.

We are extremely delighted to announce our Academic Results for Sept-2010.

Our student Pooja Maurya Omprakash of Hindi Medium stands FIRST in Greater Mumbai
with 84.65%.

Our student Karande Tejashree Mahadeo of Marathi Medium stands SECOND in Greater Mumbai
with 84.05% .

Our student Solanki Kinjal of English Medium stands FIFTEENTH in Greater Mumbai.

We are also very proud that, this year, we have secured the Revolving Shield for over all Academic Excellence from the Principals Association of d.T.Ed. Colleges of Mumbai.

Our Result for all the three Medium i.e. Hindi, Marathi and English has also been outstanding. We have secured 3 shields for Academic Excellience .

We would also lie to mention that out of the 25 Distinctions in Greater Mumbai 13 students are from our college.

After admission process began, the new students arrived on 1st October 2010.
The F.Y.D.T.ED and S.Y.D.T.ED students continued with thier Annual lessons and prelims.
Board Exams were held from 20th September 2010.
The F.Y.D.ED students, who appeared for the exams, also started their classes on 1st October 2010.
Many of the faculty members have been appointed as paper evaluators.
on 16th October 2010, Navratri festival was celebrated in the college.
All the students enjoyed the traditional dance and festivities.

THE DISTRIBUTION OF ADMISSION FORMS, FOR THE D.TED COURSE,HAVE BEGUN FROM 21ST JUNE. FOR THE YEAR 2010-11.

Admission Process----2010-2011

The distribution of Admission Forms for the DTED course will begin from 21st June 2010.
Smt.S.K.Somaiya is one of the centres. Students who are interested in applying for the course can avail of the forms at the centre.
